Shipping & Returns

Processing, Shipping and Delivery Information:

• Orders placed after 2:00pm Pacific Time will be processed the next business day. Order processing takes the amount of time needed for our payment processor to complete the payment process. Usually this is several business days. Shipping time begins as soon as your product leaves our warehouse.
• ASHER INDUSTRIES Ltd. makes every effort to process and ship orders as soon as possible, excluding weekends and holidays. Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to inventory shortages or increased order volume. When estimating your order's arrival date, please be sure to include the additional transit time it will take for your product to arrive once we ship it. Please plan orders accordingly.
• ASHER INDUSTRIES Ltd. uses FedEx Ground exclusively for domestic and international shipping.
• ASHER INDUSTRIES Ltd. is closed on the weekend, Saturday & Sunday, and all major US holidays. No orders are processed on these days, but you can still purchase them online.

Returns:

Each product comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Service to request a Return.

We offer a 30 day return policy on purchases. We will refund the total of the items returned in your order, less shipping costs each way.

Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization from Customer Service. Contact Customer Service to obtain a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number. You will need to specify the product being returned, and the reason for the return. The RMA number must appear on each shipping container or package and all paperwork accompanying the return. Returns must be safely packaged and all items must be in original packaging.

Goods must be shipped prepaid via a reliable carrier. You are responsible for the goods until received in our warehouse including excessive wear or damages. Credits or refunds will be issued after the returns are inspected by ASHER INDUSTRIES Ltd.

Our Part(s) Replacement Policy

If your product has a workmanship defect and it is within one year from the original date of purchase, contact Customer Service and we will be able to replace the part, at no charge to you.

Warranty of quality varies by product from confirmed receipt of purchase. No other warranties are offered, either expressed or implied, with regard to our products, and ASHER INDUSTRIES Ltd. expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular reason.
